Michelle has been a massage therapist since 2000. She received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Virginia in 1997. From 1998-1999, she attended the Richmond Academy of Massage. After school, Michelle worked at the American Institute of Massage as both a massage therapist and an assistant teacher. She then went on to work at Olson Chiropractic Center, followed by Salon Vivace, and Mind Body Spirit Connection. She started Knead Massage Therapy in November, 2010.
Michelle has training in Swedish massage, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue Massage. During your initial consultation, she will work with you to figure out what type of massage is best for you.
